"Yueshan Chengyu 16118" is the first LNG fuel powered new offshore fishing vessel designed by China Shipbuilding Corporation 605 Institute. It is mainly used for trawling in the South China Sea, with a length of 53.5 m and a width of 8.5 m. It is a single trawler with double engines and Twin Oars and a tail slide way. A set of LNG cold energy utilization system is specially set on the ship, which can meet the cooling capacity demand of - 18 ℃ cold insulation temperature of fish hold, and realize the purpose of green energy saving.

Each generator set is set with manual, semi-automatic and automatic modes, allowing different units in different working modes, and the starting sequence can be adjusted arbitrarily. The semi-automatic mode can realize remote manual start-up and shutdown, one key synchronous closing and automatic load distribution, one key splitting and opening. This mode can coexist with the automatic mode of other units. In the automatic mode, three main generating units can be synchronized automatically according to the priority, and the frequency and load regulation can be automatically adjusted during parallel operation, and the active power balance distribution can be quickly completed; when the operating generator set is under heavy load, the on-line unit will be increased, and the on-line unit will be reduced under light load; when the online generator set fails, the standby generator set will start automatically and put into operation automatically, and the fault unit will automatically exit. The system also has the function of heavy load inquiry. When the main generator set in parallel is overloaded, the system can automatically unload the non important load.

The system builds a real multi master station system through MSc communication network (CAN bus), and its power management function is realized by the calculation of all generator control units. If one control unit fails, the power management calculation will be automatically transferred to the next available control unit.
